FEDERAL & STATE CBD LAW

UNDERSTANDING YOUR RIGHTS

Recover Nano CBD Gel uses 100% hemp-derived CBD and is completely legal in all 50 states.

Over the last few years, the demand for cannabidiol (CBD)  has increased dramatically as more people discover the natural benefits it can provide. People often have questions regarding the legality of CBD in their respective state.

All hemp-derived CBD products are completely legal for use to anyone over the age of 18 in all 50 states.

How is hemp-derived CBD legal?

In 2014, Congress passed the U.S. Farm Bill, which defines industrial hemp as any part of the plant Cannabis Sativa L. possessing no more than .3 percent THC. The Farm Bill created a framework for hemp cultivation in the United States and subsequent sale of hemp products. Recover Nano CBD Gel uses CBD derived from hemp and our product contains zero THC. You can download a copy of the Farm Bill here

What's the difference between hemp-derived CBD and marijuana-derived CBD?

Both the hemp and marijuana plant produce cannabidiol (CBD) , but the amount varies significantly based on the strain. Marijuana-derived CBD is only legal in select states. Hemp-derived CBD is legal in all 50 states.
